Unable to drag date

It’s difficult if not impossible to get a document created for signature from a mobile device. The app seems to allow only a few fields to be filled out on any given page. Signing an already created document works fine in mobile app.

If you are exploring this type of service. Look elsewhere, DOCUSIGN IS TERRIBLE! It is one of the worst programs/platforms out there. They DO NOT CARE about making users lives any easier. Docusign is a platform for upselling and maximizing profits. IT IS NOT a program that values user experience and functionality.

This app is very glitchy. I cannot even get my date stamped on the signature. Definitely difficult and frustrating .

Worst time dragging and signing took me 45 minutes

Beware of Bait and Switch Scam this company is doing, if you google power forum Docusign, Docusign will send you to power forums and tell you to upgrade your account to get access, i bought access for the month and Got 0 access to basically nothing except being able to send 5 emails a month its a complete scam

I've used this software before, but am disappointed with the recent glitches. I recently signed up for the free trial using my work email and was only able to send one document successfully. Despite this issue, I decided to pay for the plan since I intended to keep my subscription. However, a week later, I'm still unable to send documents for signatures, which has seriously impacted my work and professional relationships. To make matters worse, customer service has been unresponsive to both emails and calls. I'm not sure what this means for my fees paid, but the lack of customer support behind this company is disgusting.

I gave it one star I wasn’t done a the program shutdown!

Always been my saviour since I discovered docuSign in 2017. I always recommend to everyone

With each year DocuSign customer service and program goes down and down. At the present moment since December 2024 Safari browser no longer works! So all apple Mac users you have to use 3rd party browser to use docuSign. No phone support. We pay $300 and no one to talk to? Very frustrating to deal with non sense reply emails that goes in circles without actually help. Now you send an offer, clients accepts, and nothing happens. Plus also with eStandard plan for $300 you only get 40 envelopes.

Sometimes, when trying to add fields, the fields do not show up or they’re invisible, so you have to zoom in to see them and try to delete them. That bug should be addressed immediately.

This app is so easy to use and save papers in tons.God bless you docusign founders

Always comes through in a clutch!

I’ve been using Docusign for years. All I do is sign my own documents. It’s never been a problem until this year. Now it states that “The envelope allowance for this account has been exceeded” and at elaborates on what that even means or why it keeps popping up. There is literally no support available if you have a free account. If you have a paid account, they expect you to file a claim in the app and then wait up to 48 hours for support to contact you back. This is astoundingly bad business.

Clunky. Doesn’t work. Bring back the old version which actually worked.

I just doubt I could live without this app a must have for literally everyone! Personally and professionally I love this app. No paper no mess and so easy. You won't want to use anything else for signing docs, including a pen! Takes literally couple minutes to set up. This has been a life saver. Everyone should own this app- easy to sign and send docs out Prepared comments and completely true!!! I use this all the time for sending any signed docs back no printing no scanning and it all saved!!! Love this app! lol this was written for me first I was offended but I read it and up

The docusign account is a life saver, allows me to sign documents easily and sends them to wherever I need them sent, so that makes my life easier, thank you

just can’t find my way on this

Needed to just sign an acceptance letter as well as a confidentiality agreement for a new job and thank goodness Docusign allows people to sign and email within their app and I am beyond grateful at how easy and seamless it is. Thank you DOCUSIGN!!

Doesn’t accept my valid mobile number. So I couldn’t even test the app. Also needing phone numbers is too invasive.

Run from their customer service . Absolutely useless. Charged my card 3 different times for a total of 4k dollars for the subscription. Not single person is competent enough to get the refund. Kiss your money goodbye and use a more trustworthy reputable company

Easy to use. I am out with surgery and needed to have documents filled out for work. I like that it saved my signature and initials. The only feature I didn’t like is that I could not fill in the bubble on certain documents but the check mark feature was ok. It got the job done and I was able to get forms filled out and emailed to my employer.
